Application Ordicura
Ordicura Expense Management
Corporate card expenditure from transaction through receipt capture, coding and approval to the accounting export.
In detail
-
Transactions arrive on their own
The card feed is polled and pushed, reconciled from pending to posted, and attributed to the employee who spent the money. Cards are discovered rather than maintained by hand.
-
Receipts attach themselves
A receipt is photographed or uploaded and matched to its charge. Anything ambiguous is held in an inbox for one-click confirmation rather than guessed at.
-
Reports that are complete before they are sent
Expenditure is gathered into reports, singly or in bulk. A report reaches an approver only once every line carries an expense type and, above a configurable threshold, a receipt.
-
Four roles, four views
Employee, approver, accounting and administrator each see what their part requires. Administration covers the bank connection, card mapping, people, the general ledger, expense types and coding rules.
-
Exported, never posted
Approved expenditure leaves as draft journal lines for the finance system. The export proposes; a person posts.
-
On a phone, in eight languages
Installable, and translated in full — including the notes that say what changed in each release.
